The die spotting machine is applicable for the repairing and assembling of various plastic moulds,or metal die-casting dies.

NC series vertical type die spotting machine draws essences of products of the same type at home and abroad, and is the main facility for design and development.  This product is mainly utilized for repair and maintenance of various plastic die, hardware casting die and thin-strip tensile forming die.  It, boasting convenient, fast and automatic operations, substitutes traditional simple fitting of knocking by copper bar, and greatly promotes efficiency and precision of fitting. 

1) The machine uses PLC control,and human-machine interface operation.It's automatic and manual optional.

2) The upper and lower working tables use electric controlled permanent magnetism system,which can maintain the magnetic force when power is shut off.Only simple magnetizing and demagnetizing steps should be taken for operation.The electric power could be shut off after magnetization process is finished, without losing magnetic force.And there is no demagnetizing occurs by doing so.When the machine is in workin gcondition, there is no power needed.So this machine features energy saving and operation safe.

3) The machine uses unique vibration absorption system and the hydraulic impact is minimized,which ensures equipment precision.

4) The machine has low-voltage protection function and has fast pressing function,which enables good red lead ppressing effect.
